    I agree that as a member I will abide by the Kent Gliding Club (The Club) rules and policies and procedures put in place from time to time by the Board.

    I understand that the following data will be held by the Club and used solely for the purposes of running the Club:

    Name; Home Address; Email address; Telephone number; Flight logs; Account details; Pilot licence status; Membership status; Official designations such as CFI or Safety Officer (where applicable); Next of kin; Medical fit to fly form. In addition, the following information is held on all tug pilots; Medical form and renewal date; Licence revalidation date.

    Should I wish to pay my full or family membership in eight equal instalments, I undertake to put in place and maintain a direct debit arrangement with KGC’s provider, and should I cancel the arrangement I accept that I am liable for the balance of the full or family membership outstanding.
